One-time setup instructions

Create a new Google Sheet (this is where backups land).
In the Sheet, open Extensions → Apps Script.
Delete any starter code, paste the script below, and click Save (💾).
Click Deploy → New deployment. Type: Web app. Execute as: Me. Who has access: Anyone. Click Deploy and authorize.
Copy the Web app URL, paste it above, and click Save.
